Next Leadership:  Monterey, CA: December 8 - 11, 2008. The course will begin Monday at 8:30am and run each day until 5pm, except for Thursday when it will end at noon. The course location will be at the Portola Plaza Hotel, Two Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940, Phone: 831-649-4511. Please make your hotel room reservation as early as possible, but definitely before November 7th and ask for the IPMP room block which is $84 for single occupancy and $114 for double.

We conduct primarily "In-House" courses, i.e. courses where we come to your site and put on a training session for your people.  If you have a dozen or more people who need the training, it may well pay for us to come to with such an IN-HOUSE course . . . rather than having you send your people to one of our Open Courses . . . For an IN-HOUSE course, we charge a fixed fee for the first 30 people and only slightly more for each additional attendee.

However, we do offer a few -- but not very many -- of the same courses as "Open Enrollment" courses... i.e. courses that are open to anyone, ... not just to the employees of an "In-House" course sponsor.  

We offer the "Open-Enrollment" courses for two kinds of public officials:  

1. for people who cannot justify an "In-House" course and
2. for people who want to check us out before they sponsor an In-House course.
